    In 2024, JSC "GC SHANECO" completed work on conducting an environmental impact assessment (EIA) and developing a sanitary protection zone (SPZ) project as part of the implementation of the investment project "Pipe Rolling Complex "STALLECT", consisting of:
• Preliminary environmental assessment (PEA), ToR for conducting the EIA.
• Public discussions of the Draft ToR for conducting the EIA.
• Conducting EIA studies.
• Public discussions of EIA materials.
• Technical support during the NGE.
• Development of a unified SPZ project.
• Conducting a public health risk assessment (PHRA).
• Preparation of a map (plan) of the zone with special conditions for the use of the territory (ZOUIT).
• Technical support for the examination of the SPZ project.
• Registration of a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion on the SPZ project.
• Technical support in obtaining the Decision on the establishment of the sanitary protection zone.
• Technical support in entering the sanitary protection zone (SPZ) into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (cadastral registration).
     Thanks to the work done, Decision No. 1264/i was received on changing the sanitary protection zone for the industrial site at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Almetyevsk, Industrialnaya St., 35.
