In 2022-2023, JSC "GC SHA,NEKO" completed work to adjust the Design documentation taking into account the actually implemented solutions and support during the state environmental assessment for the facility: "Site for processing, disposal and neutralization of oil-containing waste" at JSC Gazpromneft-ONPZ. The main objective in adjusting the Design documentation was to bring the design documentation into line with the actually constructed facility, as well as to remove the order of Rosprirodnadzor and obtain an Environmental Conclusion on the compliance of the constructed facility with the design documentation. An Environmental Conclusion was received for the existing provision on the facility "Site for processing, disposal and neutralization of oil-containing waste" at JSC Gazpromneft-ONPZ, however, the order has not yet been lifted, due to the moratorium on inspections by Rosprirodnadzor. It should be noted that during the receipt of the Environmental Conclusion by Rosprirodnadzor, inconsistencies were identified in the design documentation regarding the locations of waste accumulation sites, the list of substances generated during bioremediation, and other technical typos in the documentation, which in turn was not critical for issuing the Environmental Conclusion.
For our part, we consider it necessary to note the significant volume (heaviness) of the files (especially the graphic part), which hinders prompt work with the documentation and the presence of information not related to the design object.
